"Disgusting customer service"
I recently went into the Birmingham selfridges store to make a return on a bangle that was purchased two days prior, I had changed my mind on it as it didn’t match the rest of my jewellery so I hoped to return. The lady that offered to help immediately had an attitude and didn’t look happy to help me at all. She took a look at the in date receipt and the bangle out of its original packaging and proceeded to say it was not in good condition to make a return, when I asked her to individually point out any blemishes in the item she failed to do so. She then bought over her other colleague that was the lady that stands at the front letting people in and said she was the manager and she ALSO had a nasty, entitled attitude. I then said what can I do and she told me to go all the way back to Manchester to make the return there! Louis Vuitton it’s nice to see what stuck up entitled staff you have working in your stores, good reflection on the company. I have never felt so disrespected and humiliated by members off staff and genuinely believe it was an act of discrimination based on one’s race and appearance.

Do not use the online store.

The exchange policy’s I was given information on was incorrect and instead my item that I should have been able to get a gift voucher or instead keep the faulty item.
It was refunded onto the person that gave the gift!

Livid lost £940.
Do not buy online!

I can only go on my experience at the Edinburgh store, but it has always been a great one.
I always deal with Alanna would couldn't be more helpful.
The first time I went in many years ago I was wary as you hear so much about high end stores being elitist and unwelcoming.
This couldn't be further from the truth with the staff I've encountered at the Edinburgh store, especially Alanna!
She always welcomes me with a big welcome smile, and if she is busy invites me to sit in a comfortable seat and repeatedly apologises for the delay, even though it's always been a short wait.
Even if I just want to ask about items she will always take her time to ask how I've been, how my friend is if they aren't with me and be genuinely engaged.
I'm by no means a big spender but she treats me just as well as a top tier client.
If only more stores had incredible staff like Alanna.
LV would do well to make sure to never lose her

"Do not buy if disabled !!!"
Do not buy if disabled !!!! I am disabled and as a result can not drive and can’t fly. As result I don’t have passport or drivers license. Ordered my son a belt for his 18th only present he has. Delivered day before. Very happy as it’s all he has asked for and all I’ve been able to get. Just to be told sorry you can’t have it if you don’t have passport or drivers license. And took it. How I’m going to explain this in morning when my son has no present I do not know.

"Horrendous customer service & Malfunctioning website"
Terrible customer service and malfunctioning website. Got an email right after my order, saying it was cancelled (no reason provided). This happened 3 times.
I called customer service and they refused to provide a solution, saying that I would have to go to a store in person to purchase. Frustrating and ridiculous. Shocked that a luxury brand has such poor customer service and a website that doesn’t even function properly.

"Worst brand ever."
Unprofessional rude andExtremely dodgy staff.I ordered waterfront mules costing 465 they didn’t even sent it and said that it is delivered.its been more then 3months now they are avoiding my messages and mails and when they reply they said that UPS said its delivered with no proof no signature no picture no id check.what they really think the money is black or grows on plant?. No customer service No basic manners or courtesy whatsoever.its the 3rd time
On my multiple calls messages and mails they reopen the case 2weeks ago and still no response as always and at the end of month they are gonna say that ups said they delivered the parcel…i need to see my signature my id proof or any picture of collection…
They are just using my money from last 3months now..i need my money back now

"I received a pochette mettis as a gift…"
I received a pochette mettis as a gift from louis vuitton and the bag is defective so many complaints about this same bag with lv cleints able to return the bag louis vuitton is knowingly has sent this bag out without inspection saks louis vuitton North star mall in San Antonio has a defective on in the store as I write this reveiw and they will not return There are so many known complaints about this particular bag its horrible

"Just when you thought you couldn’t be…"
Just when you thought you couldn’t be any more dissapointed!!….
Following being asked to take my faulty £355 bottle of Afternoon Swim 50+ miles into nearest LV shop for inspection.
I decline offer and say unfortunately i will have to decant into an atomiser to use it rather than use the beautiful bottle that sprays like a water jet.
LV say we advise against that as we will will be unable to refill in future if you wish!
Really?…As if i will EVER PURCHASE FROM LOUIS VUITTON AGAIN!!

"No integrity"
Just disgusting, how large brands who is supposed to take integrity and stand by the quality of their products that we, consumers pay so much money for just don’t care!!
I bought leather flats from Louis Vuitton eight years ago . I wore them maximum four times they were stored in a closet with a controlled temperature. The leather just started cracking and peeling off, it’s just disgusting and very poor quality of such expensive piece. We brought them to Louis Vuitton store . They picked them up and kept them for almost 2 weeks and then notified that nothing that they can do for us, not even a $25 gesture to show their appreciation of being a great customer of Louis Vuitton, the service is horrific, the attitude is poor, the quality is just not there. I will never buy from this brand again because I don’t work with non-professionals.

"Rubbish luxury company ! Poorly ran"
I used to love shopping with Louis Vuitton but after having serval pro else both in store and online I’ll be giving the awful luxury company a fat miss !


Tried to order 5 items on lv to friends house been cancelled twice to be told only 3 items max can be done for first time order online.

Next I was told you aren’t allowed to order to different delivery address and that it has to match the billing address otherwise they won’t ship !


Well put this way you’ve lost out on £8k worth of money and I definitely won’t be shopping with you ever again. You have caused me nothing but stress

"Disgusting customer service"
Disgusting customer service. My partner bought me a bag from Louis Vuitton Selfridges, Manchester for my birthday for £1260, he bought the bag on Tuesday 11th of April which I received on Thursday 13th for my birthday, I noticed straight away a mark/scratch on the leather so obviously for the price you do not want marks! however we were away in the Lake District so drove back on the 14th 3 days later from purchasing this bag and took it straight back. When my partner bought the bag he was in there for a minimum of 15 minutes and was being treated like royalty, cakes & drinks you name it. Nobody could do enough for him of course because he was spending money in there. But shock, when we returned with an issue with the bag we were waiting for 50 minutes whilst they took the bag in to the back. Not once did anybody come and update us on what was happening, nor were we offered a drink, obviously because this time we weren’t spending money!!! 50 minutes later the manager appears and basically accuses my partner of not checking the bag properly and basically it’s his fault! Not what you expect 3 days later from purchasing a £1260 bag! Disgusting. Customer service worst I’ve ever experienced! I would totally understand if I’d had the bag weeks/months!!!! So disappointed.
